Andrew Ruhan
Andy is Managing Director of Bridgehouse Capital. He
also serves as Chairman of NaviSite, Inc. and Chairman
of Global Marine Systems, Ltd. He is also Managing
Director of Atlantic Investments, LLC, an investment
fund that acquired the assets of Colo.com in 2001 and
purchased the assets of PSINet Europe, re-establishing
that company as an Internet Infrastructure and
Services leader in the European Union. Andy was a
founding member and Chief Executive Officer of
ClearBlue Technologies, Inc., a company started in
2000 with the purpose of acquiring Internet
infrastructure companies. From 1998 through 2000, Andy
was co-founder and Chief Executive of Global Switch,
the world's largest carrier-neutral colocation
company. Under his leadership, the company grew to 12 facilities in 9 countries, covering 3.7 million square feet. Andy has a strong background in property and telecommunications, with a highly successful history of entrepreneurship and business development in the commercial property sector. He founded The Kingspark Group in the United Kingdom in 1993, together with three partners, and was responsible for corporate acquisitions and development. The company became the largest commercial property provider in the UK over the following five years and was sold to Prologis in 1998. In 2001, Andy was named regional winner of the prestigious Ernst & Young Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
Gabriel Ruhan
Gabriel Ruhan currently serves as Managing Director of
Global Marine Systems Ltd. He has served as a director
of NaviSite since October 2002 and MD of the UK office
since November 2004. From April 2004 until November
2004, Gabriel served as NaviSite's Chief Operating
Officer, and from December 2002 until April 2003,
Gabriel served as NaviSite's Executive Vice President
for Business Development. Gabriel is also a director
of Clear Blue Technologies. From 1998 to 2002, Gabriel
was Corporate Development Director of Global Switch
Group, a data center company in the United Kingdom.
Alan Campbell
Alan Campbell, a chartered accountant by training, is
a financial services expert with a proven track record
of devising innovative international corporate
structures and financial products. In his capacity as
Managing Director of Whitechapel Corporate Services, a
wholly owned subsidiary of Abbey National plc which
was acquired from him, he was responsible for
redefining the UK company car market, having devised
and implemented programs that allow employees a
benefit comparable to a company car whilst avoiding
company car tax. In his capacity as Technical Director
of Unicorn Strategies, an insurance/tax consultancy,
he was responsible for redefining the UK warranty
insurance market. He devised and implemented schemes
for major UK retailers that allowed the retailer to substantially minimize the financial consequences of the introduction of higher rate insurance premium tax. Alan serves on the Boards of Directors of Global Marine Systems, Bridgehouse Marine and Atlantic Hotels.
Peter Ford
Peter serves as CEO of Global Marine Systems Ltd. In
recent years Peter has successfully managed a
wide-range of businesses including technology
companies, design and print, construction, property
management, logistics and insurance businesses. His
background is telecommunications having been with BT
during privatisation in the 1980s and then working
within that sector with a number of private
organisations. Peter is chairman of a specialist data
centre fit-out company Waterfields, which has built
over 500,000 sq ft of space occupied by the world's
leading telcos and is also chairman of a specialist
warehousing and logistics business employing around
400 people.
Mark Lambourne
Mark most recently served as the President & Chief
Operating Officer of Clear Blue Technologies, a
company formed to acquire and consolidate distressed
technology and communications corporations. Clear Blue completed a reverse merger with Navisite in 2003. Mark served as Chief Operating Officer of Global Switch, a London-based global Internet communications company. During the past decade, Mark has built a number of communications and technology companies. He began his career in the real estate industry, including having served as CEO of a real estate holding company focused on the turnaround, receivership and workout of commercial properties. He also co-founded ASI International, a real estate IT company.
Larry Schwartz
Larry leads The Wenham Group, LLC, the U.S. affiliate
of Bridgehouse Capital. He also serves as CEO of
Bridgehouse Marine Limited, the company that acquired
and restructured Global Marine Systems Limited. He
previously served as Chief Restructuring Officer &
Senior Vice President of Genuity Inc., a company that
had been a Fortune 1000, IP infrastructure business.
At Genuity he led the first-ever consolidation of Tier
I IP Networks via a prepackaged Chapter 11
transaction. Prior to joining Genuity, Larry was a
Partner with Choate Hall & Stewart in Boston. He
serves on the boards of directors of Bridgehouse
Marine Limited, International Cableships Pte Ltd. and
NaviSite, Inc.
Stephen Scott
Stephen Scott resigned his commission with the Royal Navy in 1990 and since that time has accumulated extensive experience in the Global outsourced IT market. Over the past few years with Bridgehouse his responsibilities have included Vice President at KeyBridge, a subsidiary of Global Switch Group and later Managing Director at ClearBlue Technologies (UK) following it's acquisition of Worldport. Having made a vital contribution during the acquisition and restructure of PSINet Europe Stephen then served as Managing Director for PSINet UK Ltd, following this he served as Managing Director for NaviSite Europe taking responsibility for it's integration with ConXion Europe. Stephen currently also serves as the Commercial Director of Global Marine Systems Limited.
